The surroundings of our park are ideal for long walks with your faithful four-legged friend. A short distance away you will find the beach, where there are special off-leash areas where dogs are allowed to run and play freely all year round.

Beach Callantsoog and Groote Keeten
At Callantsoog there are several beach areas where dogs are allowed to run free all year round:

• Between beach posts 8,100 and 9,400
• Between beach posts 10.500 and 11.100
• Between beach posts 14.500 and 17.100
• Between beach posts 18,400 and 20,000

There is also an additional benefit for dog lovers:

From October 1 to April 1, dogs are allowed to run free all day on all beaches in Callantsoog, Groote Keeten and Sint-Maartenszee. During this period, the beach is extra quiet and dogs can run, play and enjoy the fresh sea air.

Met je hond naar het strand?

Vanaf 1 april tot 1 oktober moeten honden tussen 09.00 en 19.00 uur aangelijnd zijn op het strand.
