Vous pouvez louer ces cinq types de locations de vacances pour des séjours prolongés durant l’automne et l’hiver, du 1er octobre au 31 mars 2027 au plus tard :

  • Loyer mensuel : 995 €.
  • Causion : 400 € par mois

Chalet type Comfort

A well-insulated mobile home with three bedrooms

  • Rent per month: € 1150.
  • Deposit: € 400 per month
  • Energy costs with normal use between € 7.50 and € 10 per day.

Classic Bungalow

Vacation home with two floors and three bedrooms

  • Rent per month: € 1450.
  • Deposit: € 400 per month
  • Energy costs with normal use between € 7.50 and € 10 per day.

Modern Bungalow | 4 pers.

A two-story, two-bedroom stone vacation home built around 2022

  • Rent per month: €  1700
  • Deposit: € 500 per month
  • Energy costs with normal use between € 7.50 and € 10 per day.

Modern Bungalow | 6 pers

A two-story, three-bedroom brick vacation home built around 2022

  • Rent per month: € 1900
  • Deposit: € 500 per month
  • Energy costs with normal use between € 7.50 and € 10 per day.

How does it work?

In brief, these are the conditions:

  • La location aux travailleurs n'est pas possible.
  • Un premier rendez-vous à nos bureaux est obligatoire.
  • Tous les locataires devront fournir une copie de leur pièce d'identité.
  • Le loyer mensuel (ou une partie de celui-ci) est convenu, hors charges énergétiques.
  • Le loyer inclut les frais de câble et d'internet.
  • Les charges énergétiques sont calculées a posteriori.
  • Un dépôt de garantie est exigé pour couvrir les charges énergétiques et les éventuels dommages.
