Er zijn twee overeenkomsten

There are two agreements in which it is agreed how Recreatiepark De Wielen will rent out your bungalow or chalet and what management we will do for you. This is a Rental agreement for rental to third parties and a Service agreement.

1. Rental agreement for rental to third parties

The Rental Agreement for rental to third parties is a contract that sets out the terms and conditions regarding the rental of your bungalow or chalet to third parties. This includes the duration of the agreement, the commission, and responsibilities of both the owner and De Wielen Recreation Park.

2. Service Agreement

The bungalow or chalet, the garden and possibly shed must remain in a good state of maintenance. You can do this yourself or have us do it (partly). Agreements about this are recorded in a service agreement. The service agreement is the same for bungalows and chalets. However, there are different price lists. View them here.
