Bicycle rental

The bike rental is still closed. It will be available again from Saturday, March 28, 2026.

Explore the area around De Wielen Recreation Park by bike! With our e-bike rental service, hop on a luxury e-bike and explore the dunes, polders, and charming villages of the Kop van Noord-Holland region with ease. You can pick up and return your e-bikes at Parkhuys. It couldn't be easier!

Click on Rent now below. You will be redirected to our webshop where you can easily reserve and pay online. Orders can be placed until 9:00 PM for use the next day.
The next morning, we will have the e-bikes ready for you at Parkhuys. You can pick them up from 10:00 AM.
The keys to your reserved e-bike(s) are in a key safe. You will receive an email with photos of the location of the safe and the corresponding code. In this email, you will also find user instructions for the e-bike(s) and the locks.
Open the locker, take the key(s), and unlock the e-bike(s).
At the end of the rental period, you can simply deposit the keys in the slot of the key locker.

Our e-bikes are well-maintained, safe, and perfect for both short rides and scenic day trips. Feel free to ask for cycling maps and helpful route tips for the area upon arrival.

Swimming pools

Enjoy a nice large outdoor swimming pool. There is a large swimming pool and a small paddling pool. Both pools are heated to 21 degrees.

The playground is located next to the Parkhuys where the bar and cafe are located. You can keep an eye on your child from the terrace.

Sports field

Behind the Parkhuys is a lawn with football goals. Badminton and volleyball can soon also be played using a mobile net.

Jeu de Boules court

The track has special gravel making it a real professional track. It is sheltered under trees and is illuminated so you can play until late in the evening.
