An ideal walk directly from the park. You walk past vast meadows, small ditches and characteristic cheese-cover farmhouses. In spring you will see the blooming bulb fields at their best here.

🪶 Zwanenwater route

Distance: Callantsoog, 5 or 9 km

An absolute must for nature lovers. The trails through the Zwanenwater take you past dune lakes, open valleys and bird-rich reed beds. Especially in spring, this area is breathtakingly beautiful.

🌳 Pettemer forest & Uitlandse Polder

Distance: approx. 7 km

Combine forest, dune and polder during this varied route. You walk through the Pettemerbos towards the Uitlandse Polder, where you have a wide view over water and grasslands. A perfect route for nature lovers and photographers.

🌾 Schoorl Dunes Hiking Trails

The Schoorl Dunes offer numerous marked routes from 3 to 10 kilometers. Walk through the forest, across the dunes and enjoy beautiful views of the coast.

🏡O mmetje Schagen

Distance: approx. 7 km

Combine nature and conviviality with this nice detour around Schagen. The route runs past the historic center, the old church, and then through green edges back along meadows and ditches.
