Asking prices
The price for a plot depends on the location and the size of the plot (number of m²) and is valid up to and including December 31, 2026. Plots are offered at the asking price as stated in the list below.

Interested parties can submit a bid, after which the plot will be awarded to the highest bidder. Candidates who intend to rent out their chalet will be given priority.

Utility prices 2026
In 2026, utility costs (gas, water, and energy) and costs for garbage and internet/TV will be billed separately.
