Chaletpark de Wielen and Bungalowpark de Wielen
Chaletpark de Wielen and Bungalowpark de Wielen together form Recreatiepark de Wielen. The bungalow park also has a Homeowners Association (VVE) in which the bungalow owners have united.

Contribution to the VVE of Chaletpark de Wielen
The contribution to the VVE of Chaletpark de Wielen and the management fee that every VVE member must pay to the manager has been set equal to the contribution that the VVE members pay for the bungalows. The HOA contribution for the year 2026 will be € 250.00.

Upon the purchase of the plot, the notary will charge an initial payment totaling € 250.00, which amount will be transferred to the account of the HOA of Chaletpark de Wielen.

Management Agreement
The HOA of Chaletpark De Wielen enters into a management agreement with De Wielen Recreatie BV (the Manager) in which matters such as maintenance of the park
are agreed upon.
To strive for equality, the rules, conditions, and regulations in both Owners' Associations are virtually identical.

Management Contribution
The Management Contribution in 2025 amounts to € 534.26 excluding VAT. This contribution is indexed annually based on the rent adjustment indexation module. The Management Contribution for 2026 will be determined in January 2026. You can read how this has been agreed upon in the management agreement and the house rules.
