Buy a bungalow

There are a total of 84 bungalows (stone holiday homes) in our park. There are 50 older bungalows built between 1997 and 2000 and 34 bungalows built between 2018 and 2024. At the end of 2023, another bungalow will be added that has already been sold. All bungalows are on private land and the plots vary from 280 m2 to 400 m2. All bungalow owners are united in a VVE. The VVE is very active and healthy. You automatically become a member of the VVE as soon as you have purchased a bungalow. The VVE website is only accessible to members.

Management costs
Each bungalow contributes to the maintenance of the bungalow park. The contribution for 2023 was around € 950.

VVE contribution
The annual contribution to the VVE is € 300.
