As a current tenant, you will be the first to have the opportunity to become the owner of the land you are currently renting. This will change your position from tenant to full owner, with all the associated rights and securities.

• The purchase prices of all plots, including the plot on which your chalet is located
• Insight into the prices of the surrounding plots (including those of your neighbours)
• A draft version of the purchase deed
• The deed of division of the park
• The incorporation documents and regulations of the Owners' Association (VvE)
• Answers to frequently asked questions about ownership, management and future maintenance

The transfer of the plot will take place via a notarial deed. This will officially make you the owner of your plot and you will be registered in the Land Registry. This offers you long-term security and the opportunity to make independent decisions about the use of your plot within the framework of the park regulations.
