There are a total of 83 brick holiday homes on our park. Of these, 50 bungalows were built between 1997 and 2000, and 33 modern bungalows were completed between 2018 and 2024. An additional bungalow was built at the end of 2023, which has since been sold.

All bungalows are situated on private land, with plots ranging from approximately 280 m² to 400 m², ensuring sufficient space and privacy.

All owners are united in an active and financially healthy Homeowners Association (VvE). Upon purchasing a bungalow, you automatically become a member of this association. The VvE website is accessible exclusively to members.

Management costs
Every bungalow contributes to the maintenance of the bungalow park. The management costs in 2026 are € 551.00 excluding VAT and are indexed annually.

VVE contribution
The annual contribution to the VVE is € 350.
