Commission

Recreatiepark De Wielen charges a fee for renting out your bungalow or chalet. This commission is a percentage of the net rental price*.

The commission covers various services, such as placing the advertisement, processing bookings, providing customer support and facilitating payments. We take care of the marketing and promotion of the holiday home, as well as managing guest reviews and feedback.

Our committees are:

• commission of 20% for renting out bungalows 51 to 82 + 85
• commission of 25% for renting out  bungalows 1 to 50
• commission of 25% for renting out chalets
   

* The net rental price is the amount we receive for a booking minus the amount to the damage fund and minus 9% VAT.
In addition to the rental price, guests pay separately for tourist tax, cleaning costs, linen and towel surcharge, extra cleaning costs for a dog, cots and high chairs.
