Description

A luxury holiday home near the sea and dunes. The bungalow has a beautiful garden facing south.

This charming holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful garden with several terraces and seating areas, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The house offers everything for a comfortable stay: a handy quooker, a lounge sofa that also serves as a sofa bed for one person, a BBQ, air conditioning, for cozy evenings, and a cozy wood stove. Under the cozy canopy you can relax in the hammock, and there is a separate covered storage room for bicycles. Inside you will find luxurious details such as underfloor heating and a wonderful rain shower.

The interior of the house has been carefully put together with an eye for detail, with the aim of creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all conceivable accessories, so that you are provided with all the comforts. In the living room, a comfortable corner sofa invites you to relax, with a Smart TV and fast WiFi within reach. In addition, there are practical facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and hairdryer.

On the upper floor are the modern bathroom and two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning that can cool and heat. The master bedroom is equipped with a luxurious box-spring bed of 180 x 210 cm, while the second bedroom has two separate box-spring beds of 90 x 200 cm and an extra comfortable folding bed of the same size. A separate second toilet is also available upstairs.

There is parking space for one car at the house, and the park has several charging points for electric vehicles, as well as extra parking space for a second car. There is plenty of space for bicycles in the garden house, where there is also a charging point. In short, a perfectly furnished holiday home where you can enjoy comfort, peace and convenience.

Bed linen and towels are ready for you
The bed linen package per person contains a fitted sheet, a duvet cover and a pillowcase. In the towel package you will find both a small and a large towel. In addition, there is a kitchen towel and a tea towel available. There is also a handy service set for the first day. This includes a garbage bag, washing-up brush, dishcloth, washing-up liquid, two dishwasher tablets and a roll of toilet paper.

Would you like to enjoy made beds immediately upon arrival? We will be happy to arrange this for you for only €7.50 per person (€15 for a double bed). You can easily check this option when booking.

The park

Come to the beach, walk through the dunes, bike along the historic dikes or stroll through the cozy Schagen. This is wonderful in summer, of course, but what about the bulb fields in spring, the rough sea and nice breeze in autumn? But it is also pleasant to stay at Christmas and New Year's Eve. It is enjoyable all year round.

 

The surroundings

Just a stone's throw from Schagen lies Recreatiepark De Wielen, in the idyllic village of Sint Maarten. At 5 km from the park you will find a beautiful coastline with wide beaches, cozy beach bars and vast dunes. In addition to the coast, the area also offers beautiful panoramic views, a rural area with lots of peace and quiet and nice seaside resorts. 

But also in terms of cosiness you are in the right place here. Thus, in the vicinity are a number of special places to visit, including: Alkmaar, Schagen, Callantsoog and the beautiful island of Texel. Each place has something to offer: museums, nature, markets or, for example, the possibility of shopping or a terrace.

    Mooi huisje. Luxe keuken en badkamer. Leuke inrichting met Afrikaans thema. Erg mooie omheinde tuin met verschillende zitjes. Ook een overkaping waar je in de zomer heerlijk kunt zitten ' s avonds. Huisje heeft verschillende open slaande deuren naar het terras. Wat ik ook prettig vindt is een apart toilet boven. Niet op de badkamer.

    Een mooi ruim schoon huis met voldoende ruimte en luxe aankleding en inrichting. Top locatie dichtbij het strand en Schagen om te winkelen en uiteten te gaan. Huis is ligt heerlijk prive en op het park was het rustig. Goede uitleg en communicatie via mail.
