Vacation home suitable for disabled, 3 bedrooms

If you choose this modern holiday home in Sint Maarten, you choose comfort, peace and fun at a small-scale holiday park in the green heart of North Holland. The house was recently built, suitable for disabled people, sustainably furnished and fully equipped. With a spacious garden and terrace, and access to the park facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, playground, sports field and jeu de boules court, this is a wonderful place for young and old.

On the ground floor you will find a light and cozy living room with a comfortable sitting area, television and dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom that is especially suitable for disabled people, a separate storage room and a guest toilet.

Through the patio doors you step straight into the sunny terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden - ideal for eating outside or relaxing.

On the first floor there are two more comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition, there is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink, and there is also a separate toilet upstairs.

Bed linen and towels are included
The bed linen package per person contains a fitted sheet, a duvet cover and a pillowcase. In the towel package you will find both a small and a large towel. In addition, there is a kitchen towel and a tea towel available. There is also a handy service set for the first day. This includes a garbage bag, washing-up brush, dishcloth, washing-up liquid, two dishwasher tablets and a roll of toilet paper.

Would you like to enjoy made beds immediately upon arrival? We will be happy to arrange this for you for only €7.50 per person (€15 for a double bed). You can easily check this option when booking.

Please note: Our accommodations can only be rented for recreational purposes.

The park

Come to the beach, walk through the dunes, bike along the historic dikes or stroll through the cozy Schagen. This is wonderful in summer, of course, but what about the bulb fields in spring, the rough sea and nice breeze in autumn? But it is also pleasant to stay at Christmas and New Year's Eve. It is enjoyable all year round.

 

The surroundings

Just a stone's throw from Schagen lies Recreatiepark De Wielen, in the idyllic village of Sint Maarten. At 5 km from the park you will find a beautiful coastline with wide beaches, cozy beach bars and vast dunes. In addition to the coast, the area also offers beautiful panoramic views, a rural area with lots of peace and quiet and nice seaside resorts. 

But also in terms of cosiness you are in the right place here. Thus, in the vicinity are a number of special places to visit, including: Alkmaar, Schagen, Callantsoog and the beautiful island of Texel. Each place has something to offer: museums, nature, markets or, for example, the possibility of shopping or a terrace.

    Ich habe es bereits freundlich mit dem Kundenservice De Wielen kommubiziert, dennoch gerne als Feedback für sie… - Lichtschalter und/oder Deckenlampe im Wohnbereich ohne Funktion - Wasserhahn im WC unten am Eingangsbereich schwer zu bedienen und wackelig - Fixierung der Dusche oben war fast aus der Führung (ich habe dies bereits selbst befestigt, damit die Duschkabine nicht instabil bleibt) - Heizung lässt sich nicht über 20 Grad einstellen Ansonsten sind wir zufrieden Herzliche Grüße

    Der Park ist sehr gepflegt und liegt sehr schön. Unser Haus 61 hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Vor allem sehr gut auch für meine gehbehinderte Mutter. Es gibt keine Rezeption, aber guten Kontakt über WhatsApp. Es gab im Haus nur eine Nespresso- Maschine, aber auf Nachfrage haben wir leihweise sofort und kostenfrei eine Filterkaffeemaschine geliehen bekommen. Ganz toller Service.

    Das Haus ist sehr schön modern eingerichtet. Man hat ausreichend Platz. Die Aufteilung der Räume und die vielen Zugangsmöglichkeiten über die beiden Terrassen sind super. Auch dass das Grundstück eingezäunt ist.
