Rental prices 2026
Below you will find the new rental prices for your plot for 2026. The rental prices have been adjusted and are calculated using a new formula. Previously, there were two rates for 8 or 12 months' rent, and you paid this amount regardless of the plot's size and location within the park. Because we're now selling the plots, they've been re-measured and the location valuation for each plot has been determined. The rental amount for the plot is now partly determined by this information.

The rental price for the plot is determined by several elements:

  1. The area of the plot in m².
  2. The location of the plot within the park.
  3. The number of months you want to rent (8 or 12 months)
  4. The rental amount is composed of a fixed component and a variable component.
  5. The variable component is calculated according to the following formula:
  6. M2 x location x the number of months of rental (8 or 12 months) divided by 500.

The rental price of the plot is only for the rent of the plot. All other utilities, such as gas, water, electricity, cable TV, and internet, as well as waste disposal, will be calculated and invoiced separately.

Example of the rental calculation:

  • Rental calculation for plot XXX
  • The surface area is 220 m²
  • The location is valued at 120
  • The rental period is 8 months
  • The fixed rent component for 2026 has been set at €2,050.
  • The variable rent component is 220 x 120 x 8/500 = €422.40
  • Total rent payable: €2,477.40 Excluding VAT

The rental prices for 2026 will be approximately 10% higher than in 2025 due to these adjustments. Due to the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP) that will be implemented in the coming years, you will also have to take price increases for the rent into account in the future. Plots.

Important: The rental prices listed apply only to current tenants who continue their rental agreement for next year.

Selling your chalet – consequences for the rental agreement
When you sell your chalet, your current rental agreement automatically ends. The new owner then has two options: purchase the plot or continue renting it. If you prefer to rent, a new rental agreement will be required.
The current rental price for the plot can be found on our website. Please note that the entrance fee will increase to €7,500 excluding VAT for new agreements.

Utility prices 2026
In 2026, utilities (gas, water, and energy) and garbage and internet/TV costs will be billed separately.
