The Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (MJOP).

To make the chalet park more attractive, safer and future-proof, a large-scale maintenance plan has been drawn up. Parts of the current infrastructure - sewerage, gas, water, internet, TV and energy - will suffice for a few more years, but must be replaced for the longer term. With the MYOP, we are investing in a modern, sustainable and climate-proof park that is ready for the future.

Plan of action 2026-2030
In three phases (in three winter periods from November 1 to March 1), the underground infrastructure will be renewed where necessary. The work will consist of the following:

  • All asphalt will be removed and after the infra is laid in the ground, the roads and paths will be paved with clinkers.
  • New sewer with new connections at the chalets and sufficient manholes and nozzles.
  • New storm drainage with manholes in the road and sometimes to ditches. Sufficient manholes in the roads and on the park will be installed. All chalets must start draining their storm water through the new storm water drain or connect to the sewer system.
  • New Electrical cables where needed and new distribution boxes with meters where needed.
  • New water mains and new meters wherever needed.
  • Gas and cable connections replaced where needed.

Removed asphalt will be replaced with durable clinkers. Parking lots will also be landscaped with clinkers and clear parking spaces. Residence and rentals during these winter periods in not possible. See the drawings of the three phases below. The park and your chalet will remain accessible, but will be inconvenient at times.

Sustainable and future-oriented
The construction of new power lines will create the possibility of installing solar panels and delivering excess energy back to the grid. Chalets with enough space and a favorable location can be equipped with a charging station for an electric vehicle in the future.

Climate resilience
The new rainwater system (also in and around the parking lots) ensures better drainage of rainwater and prevents flooding. This makes the park more resistant to extreme weather conditions and keeps it pleasant to stay in for everyone.

Funding
The MJOP will be carried out by and on behalf of the owner of the General Parts. The costs are estimated between € 500,000 and € 750,000 These costs will be borne entirely by the owner of the General parts. The unsold lots, will remain rental lots and regarding the rental prices for the coming years, you should also take into account increases, for the implementation of this plan.

With this plan and this investment, we will ensure that the park remains a comfortable, sustainable and value-adding place not only today, but also in the future.

Elaboration of the plan
The plan is currently being written and there will be many meeting sessions before this plan is final. When the plan is ready we will of course present it to you.
