Who is this temporary housing ideal for?

Everything's ready—all you have to do is set down your suitcase.

1. People after divorce

Peace, privacy and a fresh new start in an environment that feels like coming home. No obligations or noise around you for a while - just space and safety.

2. People who need bridging during a move

Is completion delayed or you need to move out of your current home early? A comfortable chalet is a perfect temporary solution.

3. When rebuilding or renovating your home

Living without dust, noise and contractors in your home. And yet close to where you live.

Outdoors and at the park

Your accommodation comes with a private patio or garden, a private parking space right outside, and—for some units—an outdoor storage shed.

Plus, you can walk right into the park, where there’s plenty going on even in the winter. At 't Parkhuys, you can grab a cup of coffee, a pizza, or a drink, and there’s a dog wash station—handy after a muddy walk. There’s also a laundry room in the park.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I take a look at the accommodation first?

Yes, we do that as a matter of course during the introductory meeting. You'll get to see the inside of the home before you sign anything.

What about energy costs?

You pay for what you use. We take meter readings upon arrival and departure, and deduct the cost from your security deposit. With normal use, the cost ranges from €7.50 to €10 per day, with the cost being at the higher end of that range during the coldest months.

Can I bring my dog or cat?

Pets are welcome at some accommodations but not at others. Please let us know which pet you’ll be bringing when you make your reservation, and we’ll find a suitable place for you. For dog owners, there’s a dog washing station at the park, and you’ll be within walking distance of beautiful hiking trails.

Can I work from home here?

Yes. Wi-Fi is included in the rent and is sufficient for video calls and online meetings.

What if I can leave earlier than planned?

We have a one-month notice period. If you leave earlier, we will charge you for the current month.

What happens after March 31?

The vacation season starts again on April 1, and we’ll need the accommodations for regular rentals then. Will your situation continue for longer? Let us know in advance, and we’ll work together to see what options are available.

Can I register with the municipality at this address?

No, that’s not possible at our park. These are vacation homes, and the municipality does not allow residents to be registered in the Basic Registration System at this address. In practice, tenants usually solve this by using a mailing address with family or friends, or they remain registered at their old address for as long as possible. Not sure what’s best in your situation? Contact the municipality where you’re currently registered; they can tell you exactly what your options are.

Can I have my mail delivered here?

Yes, mail is delivered to the front desk, where you can pick it up.
